Connected Remote Users - Bug

Hi All,

dashboard in my case does not report the truth. It says 1 remote user is connected. I tried the SSL VPN and PPTP the other day but now no one is connected. See the screenshots.

Hi Iferrara,

Welcome back.

Can you please confirm me which Firmware Version is your XG firewall working upon ?

I suggest you to upgrade on SF-OS MR 1.1. If the Firmware is MR 1.1 already, then I will need to recreate this in our Labs and test it.

Hi Luk,

I am back on this one.

We tested the instance, sometimes upon disconnection of user delete query is not successful.

The instance is under observation in our CE team with ID NC-6417, this can be reported as a BUG and I request you to raise a support case if possible.

Thank you Sachin.

Just to clarify, the same behaviour happens with Live Users. I have a Wi-FI printer configured on XG as clientless and inside dashboard is correctly counted but when I turn it off, it still showed and counted as live users even after days.
