Sophos iView 2.0 missing categories in "Blocked Web Categories"

Hello all,

Quick one, we were running Sophos iView 1.x and were having an issue were not all categories blocked on the UTM were showing up in iView 1.x (for example there are Pornography blocked attempts showing on the UTM but not on iView 1.x).

I've created a new v2.0 installation and have made a few attempts to access blocked sites, these show up on the UTM under "Pornography" but even when I go to iView 2.0 Pornography does not appear in the Blocked Web Categories list. 

I've check that logging blocked sites is ticked in all of our web filtering policies and everything is ticked in the 'Remote Syslog Log Selection' section of Logging/Reporting.

Anyone else experience this issue? Is there anything I can try to resolve this?

    Hi Dany,

    Greetings.

    I have locally reproduced the instance and it works perfect at our end. PFA screenshot.

    The settings for iView is normal as per the KB document. The only change is in the Severity Level = Debug.

    Thank you for your reply. 

    I cannot find a Severity Level setting in iView but please refer to the image below for an example of the issue we are facing:

    The categories in iView do not match those reported on the UTM, these are both reports for today and there are huge discrepancies. Nothing for the Alcohol category ever shows up in iView, the same for Pornography when it appears on the UTM even when manually searched for.

    Hi David,

    We have checked your  issue of missing categories in "Blocked Web Categories" of UTM devices in Sophos iView 2.0 and Sophos iView v1.Blocked Web Categories (Alcohol,Porn)  reports of UTM device generating properly in both Sophos iView 2.0 and Sophos  iView v1.PFA.
    For discrepancies in reports data between Sophos iView2 and UTM9, we are discussing it with relevant team.
