PPPoE very slow with Sophos XG Firewall

Hello,

i am using PPPoE on WAN, with a FritzBox as DSL-modem. The VDSL speed is 100 MBit/s. But after PPPoE login i have only 2,4 Mbps download speed. The Problem is not the VDSL-connection in itself. The CPU and RAM workload is okay. I can give no account of it. What can i do to increase the connection speed?

    I had this same problem. I've had my XG105W connected for 2 days and all of sudden this morning when everyone started accessing the internet it became very slow and eventually dropped the connection. I rebooted XG and DSL and worked for about 30 min, then same thing very slow for a while then drop. I changed the MTU to 1492 and MSS to 1444 and so far it has been just fine. Don't understand that, but seems to have worked for now.
