Hello

i'm not able to download any gmail attachment and i'm already using allow all in web and application policies

it was working till yesterday and now it's not and i didn't make any changes

can someone please help me?

Can you enable the option "use web proxy instead of DPI engine" and then check ?

no

i'm putting my pc in a rule with no web/apps/ips poicy applied and still

then with the same pc and browser opening gmail with wifi network outside the firewall and works well!!!

And does your LAN & WIFI has the same ISP ?
