I'm trying to apply traffic shaping to a specific domain. I have *.domain.com as the FQDN in Destination Networks but traffic to this domain still does not get matched. Policy Test confirms that traffic to this domain is skipping the rule altogether. Why is is not matching?

I have done this but the problem is the traffic (*.cnn.com in this example) is not matching on the rule, therefore the QoS is not being applied.
I have this rule positioned at the very top but traffic to cnn.com is skipping this rule and matching on the default rule below it instead. I don't understand why.
