Sophos Firewall Home Addition will not boot

Are you trying to install this on an HP machine, or have a UEFI bios on the machine you are using?  XG and UTM do not support UEFI enabled bios.

Yes this is an HP.  So you are saying that Sophos Home Firewall can't be installed on this machine?

as advised above, the home XG currently does not support UEFI boot. Please try changing the boot to legacy.

Please post a copy of the PC specifications and does it have two NICs not intel i219 or i225/6 series.

Hi,

I have searched for your PC model and not able to identify it. Also looks ike you only have one NIC installed, the first part of the report does not identify it as a NIC and the XG install will not recognise the wifi adapters.
