MY VLAN not working

I have already create zone like IT and LAN to IT i have Firewall rule configured but still not working., 

is there any rules and configuration we have to do??

Can you show us a packet capture [ping traffic] - Monitor traffic using Packet Capture Utility : https://support.sophos.com/support/s/article/KB-000035761?language=en_US

To understand whether the traffic is coming on FW or not ?
