i have already configure VLAN but i am not able to connected vlan to lan can you please help us and resolve this issue asap

Port config on your switch, where your XG is connected to:
untagged vlan 1 and tagged vlan 10 + 20
Or untagged 10 and tagged vlan 1 + 20
Or untagged 20 and tagged vlan 1 + 10
So your XG-Uplink port on your switch is then configured for further network configurations within your network
You also need firewall rules to allow the traffic flow from and to the desired vlans.
You dont need any static routes because your XG knows the routes through the interface
