Remote Access Network via VPN and NAT

Hello,

we have a Sophos XG115 Firewall and we need to connect to another company who hosts our (future) software. These company gave us the vpn specification we need (an we cannot change anything on these data) to connect to their cisco router. However, the VPN connection is online, but i cannot get any traffic through to the remote network. The other company told us we have to use NAT, but tried already. We already called 2 sophos hotlines for solve that problem, but till now nobody solved it. Any ideas here? Thanks.

  • Hello Jurgen,

Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community!

Can you share the Case ID you have open for this? Usually, Support is for working stopped working scenarios. For this type of issue, where you set up something and it’s not working as expected, your Sales Engineer should be able to assist you better.

Also, checking the pdf you shared, it doesn't look like you have enabled NAT in the IPsec, and does the other company wants to see your traffic coming as 80.250131.0/24? or 172.19.216.144/28?

    Regards,
