Sophos XGS116 FW 19.0.1 Light Touch Deployment not working

Question

Hi 
 We try to deploy a new XGS via Light Touch. After setting up the config file on Central we uploaded the config file to a Fat32 USB stick. I am connected to the XGS via SCREEN using the provided USB to micro USB cable. The device simply boots into Sophos FW 19.0.1. There is no status change in Central regarding the light touch deployment. The FW has internet connection. I tried the front and back USB port. Is there any way to analyze/tell/debug if the USB is considered during bootup or why it is not?

 Unfortunate and sorry to hear you are facing issues with Light touch. 
 Could you please confirm that you are following the below steps correctly when performing the operation? - https://docs.sophos.com/central/customer/help/en-us/ManageYourProducts/FirewallManagement/Firewalls/FirewallZeroTouch/index.html 
 Additionally, please make sure the format of the USB (FAT32) and Boot Priority is appropriate : 
 https://community.sophos.com/sophos-xg-firewall/f/discussions/125875/xg-firewall-light-touch-configuration-not-working To enter the BIOS, press the Delete key when Sophos Firewall is starting.
