Failure to access intranet sites

Hi All,

I have a challenge accessing intranet sites

Intranet sites have to be added to browser proxy server exceptions else they are flagged as not available

Hi,

are they on the same network? How are you accessing, url or ip? If trying to use url, are they register3 in your dns.?

Hi,

Same LAN but different subnets, accessing by both URL and FQDN and yes they are registered in dns

do you have a firewall rule allowing traffic between sub-nets?

Please verify the traffic flow Go to MONITOR & ANALYZE || Diagnostics || Packet Capture, enter string as "sophos.com" and click on Save and turn on the packet capture

From CLI check drop packet

console>dr 'host <destination IP>

View log Viewer and filter Web filter logs on same
