To access the User Portal, kindly check if the Physical Interface is the same subnet as your Workstation and same as your WAN port

Also, Check the port on Advanced Shell by accessing the CLI

5. Device Manage > 3. Advance shell

So why don't you use your internal LAN port for this?

On the WAN port, there is no WebAdmin allowed by default.

Do you have an ip addess already setup for your LAN port?

In the end I was able to install and configure it without major problems. The problem was that the router refused to ping the server. Problem solved. Thank you very much to all. Best regards.
