XG310 User portal is down. Also SSL VPN, but it looks fine in local.

Any suggestion? It looks like web service is down.

    Can you clarify your issue? What is the error you get when accessing the User Portal? are you trying to access via LAN or WAN or a different zone? is the service enable for that zone?
