Firmware Upgrade from v17.5 to v19

Question

Hi, 
 We have an XG125 that has been forgotten to be upgraded in terms of firmware. Now that the license is about to expire we plan on renewing it and together with that upgrade the firmware - finally https://19216811.cam/ . 
 But wanted to ask everyone's opinion on how to make the upgrade as 'painless' as possible. As well as what issues to expect along the way. 
 Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

 Prior the upgrade you can always check and verify, upgrade information, release notes, etc. : https://docs.sophos.com/releasenotes/index.html?productGroupID=nsg&productID=xg&versionID=19.0 
 
 And as a good practice, always backup current running configuration and OS and allot window hours for the upgrade as it would require downtime.
