Sorry Vivek, but I'm This KB is to configure VLANs on the LAN side.

What Portugal and other country need is to set VLAN ID on the uplink connection, with static IP...

Let me know how do you configure the uplink connection with these parameters:

• IP Address: 62.28.198.202
• VLAN: 20 (tagged)
• WAN/Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.252/30
• Gateway: 62.28.198.201
• Primary DNS: 62.28.40.173
• Secondary DNS: 62.28.116.41

Have you configured the VLAN on the WAN connection yet? if yes can you share the configurations screenshot ?

VLAN options will come when you add a VLAN not when configuring the  interface connection, please refer the shared link above 

It is not possible to add a VLAN on a RED WAN interface. This would be a use case for a smaller XGS Appliance and use IPsec or RED Site to Site. Management via Central would be possible.

And for little branch offices, SD-RED are the best choice.

I think is possible to implement this feature in the next SD-RED firmware. I think is not to complicate, but it depends on the goodwill of Sophos...if anyone of Sophos team is reading theses posts...

Actually it is cheaper in this sense.
