unable to acess internet from sophos firewall

Hello ,

This is regarding Sophos Firewall XG.

We have two ISP lines Hathway which is 10 mbps and second was Netfix 65 mbps.

The only thing is changed that we have upgraded bandwidth to 150 mbps to the netfix networks..

As in netfix is our primary and Hathway  is our Secondary, but its showing totally opposite and not showing active also.

most of your engineer took this case but unable to solve the problem.

Just wanted know the exact reason why it is not working .so that we can take action on this to solve it.

so its a request  kindly provide the engineer to help me out in this as much early .because this is pending since last 16 days.

  • Hi,

please advise the hardware and the software versions you are using? When you upgraded the link did the protocol change. What do you see in logviewer -> system, any errors.

  • Which hardware is used to connect Firewall to provider?
Is there a new "router" from ISP?
Are you able to use the new ISP-link with another device (Notebook)?

  • Hi Sandesh,

Thank you for contacting Sophos Community,

Upon checking you're case is closed due to licensing issue and the WAN connection status is down.

Can you do an isolation test during your off-peak hours to put the Netfix ISP on a Workstation to test the ISP connectivity?
