Sophos XGS 126w connecting wireless ssid dhcp dont work

Dear All, 

            I have bouhgt a Sophos  XGS 126w, and having an issue on the following, when connecting internal ssid its take very long to obtain dhcp and most of the time its doesnt connect, whereas its has no issue on the public wifi ssid, any help would be appreicated 

LAN IP subnet: 192.168.0.1 on port 1 

ssid: chihing    <--> internal WiFi obtaining the lan subnet with Bridge to AP LAN 

ssid: CHIHING  <--> Public WiFi only allow internet and will restricted to access lan subnet, with Client traffic seperate zone

    Thank you for reaching out to the community, On the CLI, press 5 to select 5. Device management, press 3 to select 3. Advanced shell, and change to the log directory using the command cd /log. Can you share the dhcpd.log when a client is trying to connect to the internal ssid...
    For the live logs, you can check - tail -f dhcpd.log  
    For the olderlogs if you know the time frame you can use the following cmd: less dhcpd.log

  • Can you upgrade the v18.5.0 GA to v18.5.4 Build ?
    as GA is declared EoL on 30-JUN-2022
