The Alias interfaces seems to have a problem. Check the csc.log and applog.log to see the reason for this import error.

i think the issue is because on physical xg310 the ports are named like Port1 Port2 and so on, while on XG Vm the ports named like PortB and so on, could be this the problem? im not an export to read the log file so for this im trying to ask a help on community

That is likely the problem. You need to replace the PortA with Port1 in the XML File etc.
