import export issue

Hi All,
i would like to submit for all uf us my issue while exporting the configuration from xg 330 and imported to  vm sophos xg and there are only 39 rule got imported out of 45, ipsec tunn not got imported no static routes got imported ,  after with selected export and import it restarted to import al config.  Only IP host got imported but not alias IP

Any advise? thank you all

    The Alias interfaces seems to have a problem. Check the csc.log and applog.log to see the reason for this import error.

    You need to read the log file and not do a live log.

    i think the issue is because on physical xg310 the ports are named like Port1 Port2 and so on, while on XG Vm the ports named like PortB and so on, could be this the problem? im not an export to read the log file so for this im trying to ask a help on community

    That is likely the problem. You need to replace the PortA with Port1 in the XML File etc.
