After purging report data, please wait for some time and check again the disk space usage by reports. If the usage size is less than 80%, it will start displaying reports.

Can you give a rough estimate of how long this might take? it takes 5 minutes or 1 hour

I understand your concern, to check it further may I know the current status of disk now :

Sadly it is still at 100%

Hi Stefan Hüning  Thank you for connecting with the Sophos community team, It seems as if the Report disk already reached 100% during purging action from UI Appliance is unable to connect with Postgres (reporting service) or the connection failed due to disk usage more then 90%.

So You may try flushing the reports from CLI as per below:

Note: Above activity will flush all report data and will reboot the appliance and it will take 10-15 min to flush the report data.
