Is there any way to downgrade the AP Firmware 11.0.020 to 11.0.19 in SFOS *
I asked sophos, but they where not able to give a solution yet.

11.0.020 bricked APX 320 or made it unusable ...
APX320 P52003... doesn´t work with FW 11.0.019
APX320 P52007... does work fine
They are both registered in WLAN, but P52003 stays inactive forever
On an old XG106W with 19.0.1 and FW 11.0.019 P52003... works fine
But i made the mistake to trust the new AP FW 11.0.020 release .. at our XGS2100
And Sophos Support has no solution..
where do i get a logon to Central Wireless.
i can´t register for a trial (i already have an accout) & i can´t reset my passwort.
It always says authentication failed...

I would suggest flash the APX using Sophos Flash Tool - https://support.sophos.com/support/s/article/KB-000039314?language=en_US
And then register the APX with the free license available on the Sophos central: https://techvids.sophos.com/watch/3sKLp6vWfJPzxWQeT6f9C3

Flash tool works only
if the APX doesn´t boot or connect to XGS ..
But it connects fine and is seen by firewall:
it works with 18.5.3, 19.0.1 and with AP FW 11.0.020 ..
II can´t get any login to central
Always authentication failed (even if i reset password)
If you get an Auth Failed, likely you did not have a Central Account created for this MySophos ID Account.
Try to register this Email for Central again. You should get an "Email already in Use". If not, you account was not created.

I do get the authentication code from Microsoft ...
How old is your account? You could DM me your Email, i could verify the creation date. If its older than 3-4 years, this could potentially be a problem and need CustomerCare to reset.

juergenb52 did you find a solution about the AP inactive forever issue? We have the situation after adding P52008 APX320's to 18.5 MR4.
The XG has AP Firmware 11.0.018 and the APs came shipped with Firmware 2.0.2.1-11 which is a central firmware I guess.

for a APX320 (P52003) that belongs to my employer, Sophos has confirmed a hardware error and supplied a replacement (P52008).
I helped a Canadian user to fix three APX120. He upgraded these to FW 11.0.020
I then instructed him to break autoboot (with a NAND Glitch) and flash FW 11.0.019.
He will not upgrade to 11.0.020 again, maybe he waits for the next release.
I told Sophos, that FW is broken, but they don´t care.
For tinkering with these APX i use a 2.1.1.1 release, that alows a OpenWrt Login ...
If i find some time,
i will compare a working P52003 and P520001 config with this broken one (mhh, maybe today, i have access to these model right nows ).
