we don't have any filter for the website 

we use the same domain for internal and external

is it on the same network and connected to a switch, if so the switch and the server are rejecting your connection attempt not the firewall.

You need to add a www DNS entry which points to your webserver (IP) which is hosting your website, if you use your external domain name for your internal domain name. 

That did not answer my question.

I ask again:

Looking at that error message would indicate that the server is not seeing the correct port being offered and is rejecting the connection attempt. If external access works then that would be via a NAT of some sort where as internal does not have a NAT.

What about in a scenario where some machines can access the website and some cant access inside the network 

How do you resolve that
