Protection Policies - "Save" Button not Working

Thank you for reaching out to the community, I just tried to config the protection polices exactly as depicted in the screenshot provided. And I was able to save it successfully. May We know which browser you tried ? I tried on google chrome and it worked flawless.

we also know about this issue from several firewalls. This error was also present in 18.5.x

We still did not figure out what is the trigger for that. The only workaround is to logoff and logon again to the firewall.

I had this behaviour when having a name that was starting with the same word as another policy containing a blank in between.

So having " Basic policy" and creating a new "Basic policy2" you won't be able to save the second one.

If you call it "Basic_policy2" , then everything is fine.

I renamed it Basic_Protection, and it saved!

Thanks jprusch!  The only problem now is, if I try to update the newly added policy by making a change and pressing "Save", it's the same behavior.  Looks like I'll have to delete and create every time?

These things don't instill confidence in the product, but my interactions with the community do.  Thank you all.

I'm on FireFox.  I'll try Chrome for troubleshooting and report back.

Alright, I downloaded Chromium and have tried all the combinations which are failing for me in FireFox.  No issues in Chromium.
