Hello Vivek Jagad
Thank you for your answer. I am using SFOS 18.5.2
Contacting Sophos Support is not a permanent resolution to the issue.
I am following the SFOS 18.5.4 and 19.0.1 thread, and the user Dreamcatcher who is having the mail issues is still waiting for a solution from Sophos support.
It's been going on for months.
I was hoping that a definitive solution would be found.
I believe the support team can help you with the patch for the reported issue !
And you can also upgrade the appliance to v18.5.4 or v19.0.1 MR-1 Build 365
Thanks & Regards,

What is your current status on your issue? Are you talking about Spam Engine in general or any particular issue? Because this issue seems to be fixed by a hotfix. But i have the feeling you are talking about the general move to SASI?
You can read about this one in the latest V19.0 MR1 chat. community.sophos.com/.../sophos-firewall-v19-0-mr1-feedback-and-experiences

NC-93678 is a specific issue where if a piece of mail has too many spam hits, it would actually be let through rather than blocked. As Vivek said, this issue has been fixed in v18.5 MR4 & also v19.0 MR1.
In the other thread, Dreamcatcher is talking about a generic spam catch rate issue, which we're still working with the SophosLabs team to improve.
Thank you for your answer.
I did not understand that the problem was fixed in version 19.0.1 or 18.5.4
Thank you for that clarification.
I will therefore migrate to 19.0.1 as soon as the version is downloadable from the FireWall
yes, i cause talking about the general move to SASI.
I will test as soon as version 19.0.1 is available for download from the firewall
