sophos SSL VPN client is connected and authenticated but can't access internal LAN resources

To verify your issue.

1. They CAN use the LAN resources but keeps on disconnecting? or

2. They CAN'T use LAN resources and experiencing disconnection

*Have you checked the client's log?

*FW Logs from the time frame of the issue occurrence
