Open VPN service not available error

There's the open VPN service error when i try connecting the windows 10 pro os to Sophos connect.

Tried uninstalling and installing the sophos connect again and again but with no luck.

Can someone give me the solution for this

Thank you for reaching out to the community, can you please check under the services.msc whether the sophos connect and open vpn services are running and not stopped ?

I've monitored this on Monday, too. Not sure if this has been caused by some MS update or whatever.

Only one Notebook was affected. After installing Connect Client 2.2 over the existing CC 2.1 all was OK again.

In our case the Sophos Connect service was there but stopped. I did not waste time troubleshooting, just installed the new version.

I've just checked everything and there's nothing wrong but the error still is there.

I've installed sophos connect 2.2.75 but still nothing is working for me the issue is still thye same

Hi Kaeyana Please generate TSR and share it with us here (if possible) so we may check the logs on the same or else you may log a support case with those logs to have further investigation.
