How to change XG Firewall (HOME) Sophos ID

I changed the email address associated with my sophos community user. However, my sophos ID remains the original email address. Is there a way to change the ID to the new address?

from memory you will need Sophos mod to sssist.

Thanks for the help. I'm not really sure what "Sophos mod" means. Sophos moderator? How do I contact someone? I have the free home edition and the support page only offers email/chat to premium home users.
