SFOS 19 RED Configuration Internal Error

Hi,

I can't remove the RED device my sophos XG device.

On System services, RED menu; when i want to turn on red status i get error like below

I wanted to delete and re-add the red device on the device.

    How did you get this state in the first place? RED is disabled but you have a RED Appliance configured? That should go to Sophos Support, as this looks like a database issue.

    There is no problem with the red device i have run with another sophos xg. I got into this situation when the structure of SOPHOS HA broke down. The device license was dropped when HA broke down, the problem I mentioned above was not fixed when I fixed the license issue
