I seem to be experiencing the same issue as this user described here from last year:
Different browsers/cookies/Incognito modes etc. has made no difference. A colleague has tried the same from a different location/IP address and has encountered the same; Sophos Central's Firewall group's seem to be unmanageable at present, and have been for at least an hour - 9am+ (UTC) 07/06/22.
The local firewalls are able to be managed from Central or locally, and appear to have their inherited/group rules still, so this appears to be a Central availability issue.
Can someone confirm the same?
