Firewall group management from Sophos Central down?

This morning I have tried several times to open the "Manage policy" page under firewall group. It will almost immediately go to fwcm-legacy-ui.cloudstation.eu-central-1.prod.hydra.sophos.com/....... but nothing really happens just a nearly empty page.

Tried loggiing off and on again, to no avail.

More people seeing the same currently? Does it have something to do with the red indicator above community pages that support portal is in maintenance?

  • My connection fails at least once a day. I can still connect to the CM because I never try when the XG reports a failure by email sometime after the event.

  • I have some new information; I tried logging in with an inprivate browser window and from there I was able to Manage the group policy. So after that I went to my normal browser screen and deleted all cookies for:

     cloud.sophos.com

    id3.sophos.com

    id.sophos.com

    sophos.com

    api-cloudstation-eu-central-1.prod.hydra.sophos.com

    login.sophos.com

     

    After that and logging in again to Central I could again manage the group policies.

    Hopefully this was a one-time issue, is not too good if I’d have to do this every time, but for now the issue seems to be resolved.
