Sophos Firewall: v18.5 MR3: AntiSPAM SASI (bad detection rate) - will there be any interim FIX?

So, 

we upgraded to 18.5.3 and receive a lot more SPAM than usual

I created two cases and Sophos has no solultion to fix this at the moment.
So that is enhanced plus support value ...

The only option would be a downgrade to 18.5.2 or wait a few month for the next release (they claim it will be fixed).

Has anyone form Sophos tested the new SASI engine at all?

    Hello Juergenb52,

    Thank you for the Case IDs, I have checked and it seems they’re duplicated as you stated in your latest email in case 05243368 and a Team Lead is coordinating at the moment. 

    A hotfix is planned for this, but I have left a note asking to install the binary in your appliance, let me know if you don't hear back by Tuesday, May 31 before the end of the day.
