Unable to install sophos XG home - Booting `SFOS INSTALLER`

Having issues installing Sophos XG Home on

https://www.amazon.com.au/gp/product/B09PHMS7WH/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

created a USB using balenaEtcher using SW-19.0.0_GA-317

also tried SW-18.0.5_MR-5-586.iso

when booting to the USB it goes through grub then sits at

Booting `SFOS INSTALLER`

And won't progress.

Any ideas?

    Hi,

    whatis the hardware. Sophos software does not currently support uefi installations.

    Ubuntu, pfsense, ESXi all install fine.

    Tried BIOS and UEFI, no luck.

    I thought UEFI support came in a recent version?

    The ISO seems to do UEFI by default.

    Hi,

    uefi is in the latest sophos hardware, but not the software you and I access. Check the disk type as well.
