Port forward in and out 44158 Helium hotspot

please expand on why you need external traffic to access your hotspot via the LAN?

Helium Hotspots witness each other in the community to increase coverage. The more witnesses the higher the payout each hour in bitcoin.  Helium is an IoT community network of specialty hotspots. I have this hotspot on its own segment

Your inbound port definition will need to be something like 1:65535/44158.
