Default CA - CN=Namibia - any reason for that?

I'm neither Sophos nor an XGS user. My guess is that (almost) all fields default to NA and this just happens to be the ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 country code of Namibia.

Is this appliance registriert? Those values will be filled by MySophos.

Is it maybe corrupt? 

personal data is OK and Country is Germany. All other data is filled out.

I had this also with a Firewall subscribed with a different mySophos account.

It's out of the box behaviour, I'd say.

That is correct.

Go to certificates and hover over the ApplianceCertificate.  Certificates contain the text value NA.  The UI is trying to helpfully convert that to Nambia.  A browser might choose to display the raw NA or convert to a country.  I included a shot of how Chrome displays it.
