Increase SSL VPN speed

Hi to all,

How can I increase the SSL VPN speed?

I have 300 Mbps simetrical in client side and 1 Gbps simetrical in the Sohpos XG side. Both connections are FTTH.

The max speed I have with an iPerf test is 75-100 Mbps.

I test with TCP and UDP settings with same results.

SFOS: SFVH (SFOS 18.5.1 MR-1-Build326) - Home version installed in a XG135 v3 appliance.

Is there any improvement in the newer firmware versions?

    Hello!

    Since you're a home user, I recommend you to upgrade to v19 EAP 2 on the appliance and use AES-GCM as the encryption algorithm, this should increase the performance significantly.

    Or if you want stability you can wait for v19 GA which should arrive this month.
