Digital certificate

Hi,

This is the 3rd call I have logged for successful creation of Digital Certificate. Sophos L1 tried based on KB and also shared me the same, but till we are not able to create digital certificate successfully.

Can anyone take my remote and help me with ?

This is a public community. I am not sure, if somebody is willing to remotely assist you and if you should give access to a "unknown person" to your core firewall. You should interact with a Sophos Partner…

What kind of certificate are you talking about? Where do you need it?

OK, too little info to be able to help you.

I will try again: where do you want to generate this "digital certificate" and where do you want to use it? I am talking about about the service you want to use on the firewall .

Under - Certificates - Generate Locally-Signed Certificates

Want to use in IPSEC and all those features which support use of Digital Certificate

It gives error and for screenshot I need to configure using certificate.
