This is a public community. I am not sure, if somebody is willing to remotely assist you and if you should give access to a "unknown person" to your core firewall. You should interact with a Sophos Partner instead. 

I am aware but even Sophos Partner was not able to resolve that's the reason I logged call and that also did not help that's why I am here !.

What kind of certificate are you talking about? Where do you need it?

I will try again: where do you want to generate this "digital certificate" and where do you want to use it? I am talking about about the service you want to use on the firewall .

Want to use in IPSEC and all those features which support use of Digital Certificate

Do you get any error messages?

It gives error and for screenshot I need to configure using certificate.
