Sophos XG Firewall firmware update

In our organization we are using Sophos XG firewall, we are not getting firmware updates.Details of our firewall are mentioned below for your reference.
Organization Name - GS Caltex India Pvt Ltd
Model - Sophos XG 125
Version - XG125 (SFOS 17.5.14 MR-14-1) 
Serial No.- C1A0*************

    Due to security concerns, I removed the s/n of your device, when posting in public spaces, please refrain from posting the S/N of your appliance.

    You can check your available downloads on id.sophos.com (Firmware Upgrades) and download from there.

    If it isn’t showing in your XG, you might want to check your DNS is set to a Public DNS resolver (e.g 8.8.8.8) and check the /log/licensing.log and u2d.log
