Sophos VPN failure after License renewal

Question

Hello, 
 Does License renewal affect site to site VPN connections and any other VPN connections that might exist? I ask this because I recently renewed my Licenses for an XG310 but after that all the VPNs stopped functioning and I don't seem to be able to get a solution for that. Any help?. 
 Has anyone had this experience before?

Check "management / Licensing" if your licence is accepted. 
 For VPN you need the "network protection".

 But what could occur: If your base license got invalid due incommunicato to the Sophos backend, it will break the VPN. 
 Everything else should still work.
