I had upgraded from ver 18.05 to 18.06 and has been over an hour now the applicance is isnt back online?
One of our engineers had the opportunity to go onsite and had to manually start it. But had noticed from the logs that it upgraded only to 18.05 and need to get it 18.06.
Kindly advise any proactive checks to ensure successfully upgrade or any documentation on it

You would need to create a case with Support to investigate what might happen and which module caused the issue.
The logs to check would be:
Applog.log
Hostapd.log
Csc.log
Migration.log
Output of the following command ran from the advanced shell:
# grep "Command line: auto BOOT_IMAGE" syslog.log.0 | tail -n5
# hdparm -i /dev/sda
nanan
