XGS 3300 device cant sync with portal license (webserver license)

Hi everyone,

I have a XGS3300 firewall which i licensed through the sophos portal, Xstream bundle and email protection license key were applied but the Webserver license does not show on the device. The firewall appliance is registered.

Is this a bug? is ti a problem with the server? is it an internet problem? Does it have something to do with the evaluating license?

    Please share the current firmware version as well Please go to Configure --->Network --->DNS and check Test Name Lookup test and share the output 

    Check the /log/licensing.log 

    console> dnslookup host eu-prod-utm.soa.sophos.com
