Are you able to ping the shared folder from Untangle ?

Please check the drop packet in case Sophos Firewall drop the traffic ?

console>drop-packet-capture 'host <ipaddress>'

Also if I try to RDP to the server, I am able to enter my login credentials and it establishes the connection but then I get the error "This computer can't connect to the remote computer. Try connecting again. If the problem continues, contact the owner of the remote computer or your network administrator"

Please go to MONITOR & ANALYZE-->Diagnostic --->Packet Capture and click on Configure and enter "host 192.168.15.10 and proto ICMP" and save and turn on the packet capture and initiate the ping share the output here

As per the below snapshot traffic is passing over IPSec VPN as guided after updating the bridge pair as it shows unplugged we have fine-tuned the setting and found the issue was resolved
