Access via IPSec Tunnel

Are you able to ping the shared folder from Untangle ?

Please check the drop packet in case Sophos Firewall drop the traffic ?

console>drop-packet-capture 'host <ipaddress>'

Hi. I not sure what you mean by ping shared folder? I can ping the server that is sharing the folder.

I tried using drop-packet-capture but it does not seem to be executing. It will drop to a new line, but won't populate any information

I had to wait quite a bit before data started populating. But nothing abnormal. Even in log viewer it shows traffic flow and says allowed on port 445

Also if I try to RDP to the server, I am able to enter my login credentials and it establishes the connection but then I get the error "This computer can't connect to the remote computer. Try connecting again. If the problem continues, contact the owner of the remote computer or your network administrator"

Please go to MONITOR & ANALYZE-->Diagnostic --->Packet Capture and click on Configure and enter "host 192.168.15.10 and proto ICMP" and save and turn on the packet capture and initiate the ping share the output here

what's the OS of your server? You are talking of local access to a local server, right?

Hi JP. The server is running 2019 Standard. Yes I am accessing the shared folders via file explorer using the IP, although this is over the IPSec Tunnel

Please go to Configure--->Network --->Interface and share the snapshot of your Bridge pair and click on expand to look into the status of the bridge pair to check it further
