Adobe Creative Cloud updates failing with error 113 on XGS 87

Hi wineohBased on past such instances, we observed that we are receiving 502 or 500 errors for some of the URLs of the Adobe cloud connection 

Mostly for the below error:

url="http://ccmdl.adobe.com/AdobeProducts/KCCC/1/win32/packages/ACCC_4_8_1_Runtime_422/Runtime.zip

If it is possible to bypass the below URLs in the web exception then you may create a custom category and allow the connection to fix the issue.

ccmdl.adobe.com   

docs.sophos.com/.../index.html

Hi, I have tried that without success.

I actually now believe this issue affects all downloads of large .EXE files.

In almost every case, my browser will fail a large EXE download and require me to restart.

It does not seem to affect downloading large data files, such as game files, but only EXE files.

Hi wineoh If the status is the same with the plain rule with multiple ISP ( if you have multiple ISP else observation with a single ISP is also fine) then to have further validation and check you may collect TCPDUMP, PCAP, drop and Conntrack over firewall for the destination IP from which downloading on going and during issue time you may check the details from those captures.  If needed you may also log a support case to confirm more on this.
