Sophos Connect - Configuration lost after logging into windows with another user or switch user

I'm using Sophos Connect with SSL vpn remote access.

If I switch windows users (log in as different windows user), and log back as original user, my configuration in the Sophos Connect is lost (empty).

Please advise

Is your Connect file still present?

C:\Program Files (x86)\Sophos\Connect\protected
