Sophos Connect - Configuration lost after logging into windows with another user or switch user

I'm using Sophos Connect with SSL vpn remote access.

If I switch windows users (log in as different windows user), and log back as original user, my configuration in the Sophos Connect is lost (empty).

Please advise
