mime type checking seems not to be working

So i created the following entry in Protect > Email > File Type:

However when i send a known malicious macro containing Word document it passes the FW. The anti virus scanner does recognize this and blocks the opening of the file.

Any thoughts on this?

  • The document was a Word document with the .docm extensiion. It contains a macro that is capable of executing commands once activated.
