DynDNS DNSoMATIC shows ABUSE

It affects all appliances that uses DNS-o-Matic. I try to catch the logs today.

Got this in system log:

DDNS update for host xxxxxxxxxxxxxx was Failed. Last Updated with IP 0.0.0.0. Failure Reason: abuse

Found something like this.....

Got about 15 firewalls with the same issue.

Sorry I forgot to update you.

In a couple of cases, I found the issue was with the Dynamic Server, it seems some of them don't accept special characters such as "-","=" on the name.

Feel free to open a case with us and share the Case ID, once you have it, but I believe the issue might be with your DynDNS provider, I would also double-check with them your naming convention.

sorry for the long delay. Problem still persists.

I'am also in touch with DNSoMATIC, but there customer support is really bad.
