I have a XG230 in my network and for the last 2 weeks its been freezing.
In freeze mode you can access the device from GUI or SSH,You cant even ping the firewall
All i have to do is hard restart the device to use it
I have logged in a ticket with Support and the only reply am getting :
Troubleshooting:
- We have seen the firmware version was 18.5.1
- We have upgraded to 18.5.2 and applied
- We have applied Kdump on the firewall
- We have checked the device firewall- acceleration was disable
- We have checked the pattern update was applied for daily basis
- Atop and CSC persistent has been applied for the device
POA- As discussed , whenever the device get freezes you will be connecting back on Support help line number.
Kindly anyone with an idea of ow to resolve this i will appreciate
