cannot upgrade sophos xg 210 SFOS 17.5.16 MR-16-Build830 to SFOS 18.5.2 MR-2-Build380

Hey All,

So everytime I try upgrade the firmware of this FW it seems to just boot back into the V17 .

I checked out the migration logs and for some odd reason it gives me this :

nvram_get failed with -16
Old version is 17.323 and currentversion is 17.324
Database is upgrading to dbv17.324
Check migration for version dbv17.324
Applying migration for version dbv17.324

Are there any other logs I should be looking for ? It doesn't seem to see this  V18

    Hello there,

    Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community.

    You would need to check csc.log, syslog.log, applog.log, Postgres.log 

    Csc has to be put in debug mode, before you apply the upgrade to do so run the below command from the advanced shell

    # csc custom debug

    Additionally, check the time in the appliance is set correctly.
